Thai with at least BA in any field, MBA or master degree in HR is preferable
At least 5-10 years in HR leadership roles from MNC organizations
Prefer candidates with hands-on experience in organizational development/change management/business transformation.
HR strategist who can work in close partnership with Business leaders in reorganization/transformation to meet the new business direction.
Prefer candidates with experiences from services, retail, or FMCG industries but not a must.
Can communicate well in English

Thai, with degrees in food science, food technology or related field. Master degree is a plus.
At least 5-10 years of experience in managing R&D unit/new Product development teams from leading organizations preferably from similar industries. Must have proven track records in managing end to end process of NPD projects.
Strong in consumer-insights, new products trending.
Can work and efficiently communicate with marketing team and production team on NPD projects or existing product improvements.
Can lead a team of 10+ in R&D
English communication is required.
